Be entertained by the dancers of Wilmington Dance Theatre as they present an abbreviated performance of “Peter Pan” before its debut on the Wilson Center Stage. Turning Pointe is a fellowship for dancers that does discipleship training – Bible study\, prayer\, devotions\, worship\, and encouraging one another in our faith\, as well as choreography and technique training – all related to giving our excellence to honor God.

DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to Beauty & the Beast Tea Party!\nOn May 7th\, we invite you to join us and the rest of the Beauty & the Beast cast for tea.\nSaturday\, May 7th \n12pm & 3pm\nSt James Episcopal Church – Perry Hall \nCome celebrate Mother’s Day weekend and be our guest at the Beauty & the Beast Tea Party fundraiser! \nAn assortment of delicious flavors of teas will be presented by the Tea Lady\, Ms. Diane of Tealightful Teas! Prepare to dine on a variety of delectable goods like tea sandwiches\, scones\, and cookies from local bakers. \nYou will be entertained by a sneak peek of the upcoming premiere of the Wilmington Conservatory of Fine Art’s\, Beauty & the Beast. Professional and pre-professional dancers will perform selections from the ballet in their beautiful custom-made costumes that will debut on the Wilson Center stage this June\, 4th & 5th. \nGuests will also get to meet and have photos taken with the characters of the performance\, including Princess Belle herself! Beverages from Tealightful Teas\, fresh baked goods\, and gift sets will be available for purchase just in time for Mother’s Day! \nTickets are $30 and a private table for 8 people is $225. Funds sponsor our sister nonprofit\, Turning Pointe Dance Company\, the Wilmington Conservatory of Fine Arts\, and our production of Beauty & the Beast premiering on the Wilson Center stage on June 4-5th\, 2021.
